The sale involves property Site No. 778 (265 sq. ft.) at Saneguruvanahalli Village to recover an outstanding loan balance of ₹17,53,181 from borrowers Mr. Gangadara S and Mrs. R Draksayini. The bank has established a reserve price of ₹12,00,000 for this private treaty process.
