HDB Financial Services Limited has issued an e-auction sale notice for four defaulted loan accounts under the SARFAESI Act. The first account owes ₹28,15,431.10 for a residential flat in Kathirvedu. The second account owes ₹60,37,603.85 for a land and building property in Injambakkam. The third account owes ₹16,73,834.16 for a land with building property in Thiruverkadu. The fourth account owes ₹46,68,847.42 for two agricultural and residential property plots in Sriperumbudur Taluk and Thiruverkadu. The online e-auction for all properties is scheduled for 22.09.2026.
