HDFC Bank Limited has announced an online e-auction for the sale of two mortgaged immovable properties under the SARFAESI Act. The assets are located in the SAS Nagar and Panchkula districts to recover outstanding defaults from independent borrowers. The properties are being sold under physical possession on an "as is where is" basis. The digital auction will take place on 11-09-2026 with different time slots for each lot. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 10-09-2026.
