Unity Small Finance Bank Limited is issuing an e-auction sale notice for 429 acres of land in Dahisar, Mumbai, to recover over ₹2,059 crore.The property, mortgaged by Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL) and others, is set for auction on August 17, 2026, with a reserve price of ₹1,000 crore.This auction is a result of the Wadhawan family's involvement in a major banking fraud case, following the Reserve Bank of India's action against DHFL in 2019.
