I, Swetaa Varma D., D/o Late Ramalinga Raju D., residing at Flat No. 105, Ridgewood Residency, Kakatiya Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad, hereby inform that the original registered sale deed bearing Document No. 5525/2003, SRO-Kukatpally, pertaining to property bearing Door No. 15-2-1/M-225, Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, was burnt and rendered unusable in a fire accident that occurred on 07-11-2023. A complaint was lodged at Madhapur Police Station, and FIR No. 1233/2023 dated 07-11-2023 was registered. However, the loss of the said document was not mentioned in the certificate dated 19-12-2023.
