Aliva Patel, daughter of Prahallad Chandra Patel, resident of Village Tasaladihi Kalobahal, District Sundargarh, has reported the loss of her MCA certificate issued by Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Institute of IT & Management, Rourkela, under BPUT, Rourkela, bearing Registration No. 1005263002. The certificate was misplaced in Sundargarh Town and could not be traced despite thorough search efforts.
