Navjivan, Ahmedabad - 380014, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and in compliance with the procedure prescribed in circular No. 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020 read with circular number 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Members desirous of attending the AGM through VC/OAVM may attend the AGM by following the procedure prescribed in the AGM Notice. Member's participation through VC/OAVM will be recorded for the purpose of quorum under Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013. n terms of the aforesaid Circulars, Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the year 2025-26 is required to be sent only through electronic mode to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Club. However, Club has also sent through courier to the Members whose emai addresses are not registered with the Club. The aforesaid document is also available on the website of the Club at www.sportsclub-gujarat.com and of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) at www.evotingindia.com being the agency appointed for providing Remote E-voting facility The Club provides to the members the facility to exercise their right to vote prior to the AGM and during the AGM by electronic means through remote e- voting services provided by CDSL as well through Ballot Paper during AGM. Remote e-voting will commence on August 19, 2026 at 09:00 am and will end on August 21, 2026 at 05:00 pm. The members exercising to vote through remote e-voting can attend the AGM but will not be allowed to vote again during the AGM. Only the members who have not cast their votes through remote e-voting may cast their votes during the AGM by attending the AGM through VC or through Ballot Paper at venue of the Meeting.
