This public notice announces the transfer of shares and membership for Shop Nos. 19 & 20 in the 'B' Wing of the Manik Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. to Seth Paints and Polish Decor Pvt Ltd.The property transfer is initiated by Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Private Limited under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.Any claims, objections, or disputes regarding this transfer must be submitted in writing with supporting documents to Advocate Mr. Dattatray G. Dhobale in Mumbai within 15 days.If no claims are received within this period, the Society will proceed with the transfer, and any later claims will be deemed abandoned
