This is a public notice regarding the loss of an ICICI Bank Authorised Channel Partner ID Card belonging to Papna Shirisha Bai.The card, numbered 2608454 with IIBF Registration No. 802077403, was lost while traveling between Ramsinghpura and Begumpet on July 10, 2026.An affidavit has been submitted to the police to obtain a certificate for the lost ID card.
