This is a public notice regarding the destruction of medical records at P.C Sharma Eye Hospital in Ambala City.Records for OPD patients up to July 20, 2023, and IPD patients up to July 20, 2021, are scheduled for destruction.Patients may collect their records from the hospital before August 26, 2026, between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
