Medical College & Super Speciality Hospital is destroying patient records from 2016 to 2022.In-patient records from 2016-2020 and out-patient records from 2016-2022 are affected.Patients or representatives must collect photocopies within 45 days of the notice.Identity verification is required at the Medical Record Department on the 3rd floor, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
