Centre for Sight is discarding medical records from 2013 to December 2020 at their Banjara Hills branch.Patients wishing to collect these documents should contact the MRD department or Reception at that location.Records not collected within one month of this notice will be destroyed.MLC (Medico-Legal Cases) and Paediatric cases are exempt from this disposal.
