The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a public notice dated 28 July 2026 regarding the proposed purchase of land falling under the Residential Sector-15C of Village Pachokara, Greater Noida. The land is proposed to be acquired for planned development at the consent rate of ₹3,808 per square metre, as per Government Order No. 34/77-3-163M dated 23.02.2016. The notice includes details of the concerned khasra numbers, landowners, and the area proposed for purchase. Any person having objections regarding the proposed land purchase may submit their objections in writing to the undersigned within 15 days from the date of the notice. YEIDA has also cautioned the public that plotting, housing colonies, or any construction not approved under the Authority's Master Plan within its notified area is completely illegal. Citizens are advised to avoid purchasing plots or properties advertised illegally by colonisers.
