Description: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a public notice regarding proposed land acquisition in Village Fajilpur for planned development purposes. The acquisition is proposed to be carried out based on mutual consent of landowners at a rate of Rs. 3808 per square meter, as per the prescribed government order and approved procedures. The land details include multiple khasra numbers and land parcels belonging to different farmers/landholders. The total land proposed for acquisition is approximately 0.9524 hectares. Interested persons or landowners having any objections regarding the proposed acquisition may submit their written objections within 18 days to the Office of the Additional Chief Executive Officer, YEIDA.
