Truhome Finance Limited (Formerly Shriram Housing Finance Limited) has issued a Symbolic Possession Notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The notice pertains to borrowers who have failed to repay their outstanding loan amounts despite the issuance of demand notices. Consequently, the Authorised Officer has taken symbolic possession of the secured mortgaged properties under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. The notice includes details of the borrowers, outstanding dues, loan accounts, dates of NPA classification, symbolic possession, and descriptions of the mortgaged properties located in Delhi and Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Members of the public are advised not to deal with these secured assets, as any transaction involving the properties shall be subject to the charge of Truhome Finance Limited.
