Sushanta Kr. Mandal, son of Late Parikhit Mandal, resident of Dilya Khanda Bhangni-2, Cooch Behar, has declared through affidavit that “Sushanta Kr. Mandal” and “Sushanta Mandal” appearing on his Aadhaar Card and “Mandal Sushanta” appearing on his Voter ID refer to one and the same person. The affidavit was sworn before the Dinhata Notary Public Court on 16/07/2026.
