The Company has announced participation in the “Second 100 Days Campaign – Saksham Niveshak” initiated by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (MCA), effective from 1st April 2026 to 9th July 2026. The campaign aims to improve shareholder awareness and ensure timely completion of KYC requirements such as PAN, bank account details, contact information, and nomination updates. Shareholders are advised to complete KYC compliance to avoid transfer of unpaid or unclaimed dividends and shares to the IEPF under applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Shareholders holding shares in physical form are required to submit the prescribed ISR forms along with supporting documents either to the RTA, KFin Technologies Limited, Hyderabad, or through the designated email ID. Shareholders holding shares in demat form must contact their respective Depository Participants for updating KYC details. The relevant forms are available on the RTA website. The Company has also extended the Special Window for Re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares for a further period from 05 February 2026 to 04 February 2027, in line with SEBI directions. Under this facility, transfer requests executed prior to 01 April 2019, including previously rejected or pending cases, may be re-lodged or processed for dematerialisation. All approved transfers under this window will be processed only in dematerialised form. Shareholders are requested to take timely action to safeguard their dividend entitlements and shareholding.
