The State Bank of India Sathupally Town Branch in Khammam district has issued a symbolic possession notice under Rule 8(1) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, for immovable properties belonging to M/s Elite Homes Private Limited, Smt. Shaik Reshma Parveen, and other co-borrowers. The authorized officer took possession of the assets on June 15, 2026, to recover an outstanding debt of ₹37,69,150 plus ongoing contract interest.
