The South Western Railway announces that 25000 Volt, 50 Hz, AC overhead traction wires at the Bengaluru Yard (Road 10, PF No. 7) will be energized on or after July 31, 2026. The general public is strictly warned to treat the lines as live at all times and avoid approaching the overhead equipment. Unauthorized proximity or work near the section is strictly prohibited for safety.
