Skipper Limited Skipper Limited has issued a notice to its shareholders regarding the reopening of a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of equity shares held in physical form. As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular dated 30 January 2026, shareholders are informed that a special facility has been introduced for re-lodgement of physical share transfer deeds that were originally executed prior to 01 April 2019. This initiative is aimed at facilitating investors and safeguarding their rights. The special window will remain open until 04 February 2027, allowing shareholders sufficient time to submit eligible re-lodgement requests. Eligible shareholders whose physical transfer requests were earlier rejected or returned, or were executed before 01 April 2019, may re-submit their documents during this period.
