The Trans Yamuna Colony Branch of Bank of Baroda has issued a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act to borrower Sooraj Singh and guarantor Rajni Devi for an outstanding loan balance of Rs. 15,95,008.22, demanding complete settlement within 60 days.
