Sahidul Miah, son of Afzal Mia, resident of Jaygrbalaban, Cooch Behar, has declared that his name was previously recorded incorrectly as “Chhaiful Miah (son of Afzal Miah).” He has established his correct identity as Sahidul Miah through Affidavit No. 6945, sworn on 03/08/2026 before the Court of the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Dinhata. Sahidul Miah and Chhaiful Miah are one and the same person.
