The Punjab Water Resources Management & Development Corporation Limited (PWRMDC) has issued a public notice under Form No. INC-26 regarding its proposal to change its registered office location from Chandigarh to the State of Punjab. Any person whose interest is likely to be affected by this change may file objections on the MCA-21 portal at mca.gov.in or submit them via registered post to the Regional Director, Corporate Bhawan, Sector-27B, Chandigarh within 14 days of publication.
