The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a public notice regarding the proposed purchase of land required for planned development and construction of a 120-metre-wide road in Sector 22D and Sector 24, and a 75-metre-wide road in Sector 8D, village Chanchali, within the notified area of YEIDA. The proposed land purchase is based on the consent rates of ₹3,808 per sq. metre and ₹4,301 per sq. metre, as applicable, following the procedure prescribed by the Government Order dated 23 February 2016. The notice covers land belonging to identified khatedars/landholders in villages including Mohammadabad Kheda and Chanchali, Tehsil Jewar, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. Objections: Any person having an objection to the proposed purchase of the above-mentioned land may submit a written objection to the concerned authority within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. Important Advisory: YEIDA has stated that plotting, housing, colonies or any other construction within its notified area, other than those permitted under the approved Master Plan, is illegal. The general public is advised to remain cautious regarding such transactions and misleading advertisements by colonisers.
