The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a public notice regarding the proposed purchase of agricultural land through mutual consent from landowners for the planned Link Expressway project in Village Bhadaura, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The notice includes details of the concerned landowners, Khasra/Gata numbers, land area, ownership shares, and the portion of land proposed for acquisition. The land has been identified for the Authority’s planned Link Expressway alignment, and the listed landowners have provided their consent for the sale. As approved in the 84th Board Meeting of YEIDA, compensation for the proposed land purchase will be paid at the rate of ₹4,300 per square metre to the respective landowners. YEIDA has also cautioned the public that any plotting, housing colonies, or other constructions outside the Authority’s approved Master Plan in the notified area are completely illegal.
