Public Notice issued by Sundaram Finance informing customers about the proposed merger of its Sibpur branch with the Hooghly branch effective from 10.09.2026. The Sibpur branch located at Ganges Garden, 106 T N Mukherjee Road, Monoharpur, Kiran Chandra Singha Road, SK Para, near Railway Bridge, Dankuni (Sibpur-711102, West Bengal) will be merged into the Hooghly branch situated at 1st Floor, Galaxy Tower, Hooghly-712311, West Bengal. After the merger, all depositors and customers of the Sibpur branch will be serviced by the Hooghly branch. The notice is issued under Paragraph 31(1) of the Non-Banking Financial Companies Acceptance of Public Deposits (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016.
