Lal Seth, along with a Relinquishment Deed dated 13.11.2020 executed by legal heirs in favor of the present owner. The public is cautioned not to purchase, mortgage, or deal with the said property based on any missing or fraudulent documents. Anyone finding the original papers is requested to return them to the owner.
