The deceased has left behind his legal heirs namely Mr. Michael Jain (Son), Ms. Maya Jain (Daughter), and his wife Mrs. Seglinde Anna Jain. Except the above-mentioned persons, the deceased has not left any other legal heir, nor has he executed any Will or authorized any other person to deal with his movable or immovable properties anywhere in the world.
