Mr. Parmod Sardana, also known as Parmod Kumar Sardana and Pramod Sardana, resident of A-82, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, has issued a public notice declaring that he has voluntarily completed his estate planning and transferred/gifted various movable and immovable assets in favour of his younger son Mr. Deep Sardana and daughter-in-law Mrs. Sonu Sardana. The notice states that registered Gift Deeds have been executed for specified portions of A-82, New Friends Colony, and DSIIDC Shed No. 42, Phase-I, Okhla Industrial Complex, New Delhi. The notice also states that his MG Cyberster has been lawfully gifted and transferred to Mr. Deep Sardana. Mutation of both properties has been completed. Mr. Sardana has further stated that he executed and registered his Last Will and Testament dated 26.02.2026, Registration No. 2026/9/111/364, concerning his remaining estate.
