It is hereby informed that the Traya Premium Villas project by M/s KMV Spaces LLP has obtained Environmental Clearance from SEIAA, Andhra Pradesh, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India, vide Order No. SEIAA/AP/INFRA2/EC/KK/05/2026/2630/291.25 & 291.18, dated 17.07.2026. The clearance is for the construction of Residential Villas and Club House covering a plot area of 25,428 sq. m with a total built-up area of 28,554.5 sq. m at Sy. Nos. 70/B1, 70/B, 70/A3, 69/A7, 69/A, 69/A3, 69/A4, 69/A6, 69/A8, 69-A/2B/1, 69/A9, 69-A/2B/3A, 69/A/2B/3, 69/A/2B/2, 69/A/1, 69/A/2A1, 69/A/2A, 22/D6, 22/D8, 22/D4 and 22/D9, Tadepalli Village and Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.
