Notice is hereby given that my client, Mummadi Kusuma, W/o Mummadi Nil Srinath Reddy, residing at Villa No.12, Open Skies, Golden Mile Road, Kokapet, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500075, is the lawful owner of the schedule property. The said property originally devolved upon my client through her grandfather, late K. Surendranath Reddy, by virtue of a registered Will Deed. The said K. Surendranath Reddy had earlier purchased the property from Pakkir Reddy through a registered sale deed bearing Document No. 2244/1974 dated 15-06-1974. The said Pakkir Reddy had in turn purchased the property from Peddaiah through a registered sale deed bearing Document No. 439/1971 dated 22-02-1971. It is stated that at the time of purchase, Pakkir Reddy had handed over all original documents relating to the said property to K. Surendranath Reddy. During his lifetime, on 16-07-1978, K. Surendranath Reddy executed a Will Deed in respect of the said property in favour of his granddaughter, i.e., my client. After his demise, my client succeeded to the property as per the said Will Deed. It is further submitted that while my client was travelling towards Narsingi area, one original registered sale deed bearing Document No. 439/1971 dated 22-02-1971 was misplaced along with other original documents relating to the property. Despite diligent search, the same could not be traced. Therefore, this public notice is issued stating that if any person finds the said original registered sale deed bearing Document No. 439/1971 dated 22-02-1971, they may kindly contact the undersigned advocate or the client. Any person having claims, objections, or interests in respect of the below schedule property is hereby called upon to submit the same along with valid documentary proof within seven days from the date of publication of this notice. Schedule of Property: All that part and parcel of residential house bearing D.No. 79/85 constructed in Plot No. 36 admeasuring 352 sq. yds situated in Sy.
