Agarwal, Personal Guarantor to M/s A.A. Estates Private Limited, pursuant to order of the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench-1 dated 18.06.2026 in CP(IB) 413 of 2022. Creditors are hereby informed that the insolvency process has been initiated and Mr. Ajit Kumar has been appointed as the Resolution Professional (IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00062/2017-2018/10548).
