It has come to the notice of the client that the said proposed vendees are attempting to create third-party rights and interests in respect of the said property despite having received substantial consideration under the agreement. The client has initiated appropriate legal action to protect his lawful rights, title, and interest in the said property and shall seek necessary orders from the competent court. Accordingly, the general public is hereby cautioned not to enter into any transaction, agreement, or dealing with respect to the said property without the written consent of the client.
