We are conducting an investigation into the right, title, and interest of RAMGARHIA SABHA SHAKURBASTI DELHI, a society duly registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (as applicable in the National Capital Territory of Delhi), bearing Registration No. 1965 of 1961–62, having its registered office at 878, Rani Bagh, Pitampura, Delhi–110034 (hereinafter referred to as “Landowner”), in respect of the immovable property described below. Any person(s) having or claiming any right, title, interest, claim, demand, or encumbrance of any nature whatsoever in or over the said property, whether by way of sale, transfer, exchange, assignment, mortgage, lease, lien, charge, inheritance, gift, tenancy, sub-tenancy, easement, license, decree, order of court, agreement, power of attorney, or otherwise, is hereby called upon to submit their claims in writing, along with duly notarized or certified true copies of supporting documents, to the undersigned at the address mentioned below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of this notice. Failing receipt of any valid claim within the stipulated period, it shall be presumed that the title of the Landowner in respect of the Schedule Property is clear, valid, and marketable, and that no third-party rights, claims, or interests exist in respect thereof. SCHEDULE PROPERTY All that piece and parcel of land admeasuring 5 (five) Bighas and 11 (eleven) Biswas, equivalent to approximately 5,000 (five thousand) square yards, or 0.4181 hectares, or 1.0331 acres, situated in Village Salimpura Mazra Madipur, District North-West Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi.
