India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC) – SARFAESI Demand Notice India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC), acting as trustee of ISARC-2025-2026-3 Trust, has issued a public notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, regarding default in loan repayment by the borrower(s) who had availed financial assistance from Fedbank Financial Services Limited, the original lender. The loan account has been classified as Non-Performing Asset (NPA) as per RBI guidelines and subsequently assigned to ISARC through an Assignment Agreement dated 26 September 2025. Despite issuance of demand notices to the borrower/co-borrower/guarantor at their last known addresses, the notices were returned unserved. Therefore, this public notice is issued under Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. The borrower is hereby called upon to repay the outstanding dues along with applicable interest, costs, and charges within 60 days from the date of notice. Failing which, ISARC reserves the right to initiate enforcement action, including taking possession and sale of the secured asset, in accordance with the SARFAESI Act.
