Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Gurugram, informs the general public regarding the registration of a real estate project developed by M/s Emaar India Limited. The promoter had initially applied for registration of the project under the name “Marbella Phase 5” over an area measuring 20.24225 acres under Section 4 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Subsequently, the promoter submitted a request dated 03.06.2026 for change of project name from “Marbella Phase 5” to “Marbella Terraces”. The Authority has examined the request and approved the update of the project name accordingly. This notice is issued under the approval and seal of the Authority.
