The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered initiation of CIRP with effect from 17 June 2026 (order received on 18 June 2026). All creditors of Deepak Education Limited are hereby invited to submit their claims along with supporting documents on or before 01 July 2026 to the Interim Resolution Professional as specified in the notice.
