Profectus Capital Private Limited has issued a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, to defaulting borrowers M.K. Enterprises (Prop. Manish Kumar Bhardwaj) and Raghu Steel Industries (Prop. Satya Parkash Goel), along with their co-borrowers. The notice calls upon the borrowers to repay the outstanding dues within 60 days, failing which the lender may initiate recovery proceedings, including taking possession of the secured machinery and other secured assets in accordance with the SARFAESI Act.
