POWER Grid Corporation of India Limited (A Government of India Enterprise and Maharatna PSU) has issued a public notice regarding the filing of a petition before the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), New Delhi, for determination of transmission tariff for the 2024–29 tariff block. The petition relates to the 1x500 MVA, 400/220kV (4th) ICT at Allahabad (PG) Substation under the project for augmentation of transformation capacity at the 400/220kV Allahabad (PG) Substation. The approved capital cost of the project is ₹5,774.00 lakh. The scheduled commercial operation date was 06 February 2025, while the actual commercial operation date is 28 March 2026. The capital cost of the asset as on the commercial operation date is ₹3,809.11 lakh. The petition covers the proposed transmission tariff for the 2024–29 tariff period. Beneficiaries and other interested persons may submit their suggestions or objections through the CERC e-filing portal, with a copy to POWERGRID, within 30 days from the publication of this notice.
