The Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation (APSFC), Khammam Branch has taken physical possession of a 62.47 sq. yards ground and first-floor commercial building in Survey No. 1254, Door No. 8-136/3, Aswaraopeta, Bhadradri Kothagudem District under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act; this structural asset was seized on 09.06.2026 from defaulting borrower Dr. Gaddam Meghana (M/s Vennela Hospital) and guarantor Smt. Gaddam Nagamani over an unpaid loan balance of ₹24,59,000 plus interest accrued.
