ICICI Bank has taken physical possession of a 1639 sq. ft. corporate property at DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram, under the SARFAESI Act 2002. The enforcement action follows a default on an outstanding debt of ₹2,42,08,669.17 by borrower Tesla Power India Private Limited and its co-applicants. The general public is strongly cautioned against any transactions involving this property.
