The Indian Bank Zonal Office in Bhubaneswar has issued a formal possession notice under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act 2002 to M/s Sriram Book Depot and its partners for failing to clear outstanding dues, taking symbolic control of their land and residential properties.
