OnMobile Global Limited has issued a notice to its equity shareholders regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. The notice applies to shareholders whose dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive financial years starting from 2018–19. Such shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF Authority if the dividend is not claimed on or before October 23, 2026. Shareholders are advised to verify the list of affected shares on the company’s official website and take necessary action to claim their pending dividends within the stipulated time.
