This is to inform the shareholders of Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited that, pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority Rules, 2016, equity shares in respect of which dividends have remained unclaimed or unpaid for seven consecutive years are liable to be transferred to the Demat account of the IEPF Authority.
The Company has published the details of such shareholders, including DP ID and Client ID, on its official website. Concerned shareholders are advised to claim their pending/unclaimed dividends by submitting the required documents to the Company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent on or before 10 September 2026.
Failing this, the shares will be transferred to the IEPF Authority on or after 14 September 2026 without further notice, in compliance with applicable rules. After such transfer, shareholders will cease to have rights over the shares except the right to claim them back from the IEPF Authority as per the prescribed procedure.
Shareholders holding shares in dematerialised form will have their shares directly credited to the IEPF Demat account through the depository system on the due date.
