Transfer of Equity Shares and Unclaimed Dividend to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, shareholders are hereby informed that equity shares in respect of which dividend has remained unclaimed or unpaid for seven consecutive years or more are liable to be transferred to the Demat Account of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF Authority). The Company has identified shareholders who have not claimed or encashed dividends from Financial Year 2018–19 onwards and has sent individual communications to the concerned shareholders. The details of such shareholders are available on the Company’s website under the “IEPF Details” section in the Investors Corner. The due date for transfer of the final dividend for Financial Year 2018–19 along with corresponding shares is 01 October 2026. Shareholders are requested to claim their unclaimed dividends from Financial Year 2018–19 onwards by submitting the necessary application to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, Mumbai. The prescribed claim form is available on the Company’s website. In case no valid claim is received on or before 15 September 2026, the Company will proceed with the transfer of the relevant shares to the IEPF Authority in accordance with applicable rules. In such cases, physical share certificates, if any, will stand cancelled and become non-negotiable. Shareholders may note that shares transferred to the IEPF Authority, along with any benefits accruing on them, can be reclaimed from the Authority by following the prescribed procedure under the IEPF Rules.
