General public is hereby informed that in Jamabandi 1971–72, survey numbers 352, 385, 423, and 425 of Estate Saripara Budden were lien marked in favour of J&K Bank, Sopore vide letter dated 23-08-1976. The office has received No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from three branches of J&K Bank, namely J&K Bank TP Sopore, J&K Bank Main Bazar Sopore, and J&K Bank N.C Sopore. The land owners, namely Mohammad Maqbool Bhat, Sonaullah Bhat, and Abdul Ahad Bhat, intend the cancellation of the lien marked against the said survey numbers. It is hereby proclaimed that if any person has any objection regarding the proposed cancellation of lien on the above-mentioned survey numbers, they may submit their objection in the office of the Tehsildar, Rafiabad Rohama, either through offline mode or via email at tehsildarrafiabad@gmail.com within seven days from the date of publication of this notice.
