Notice is hereby given that a Joint Petition under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 has been filed before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench and admitted on 4th June 2026 for the sanction of a Scheme of Amalgamation. The proposed scheme is between Pearl Beverages Limited (Transferor Company) and Jai Beverages Private Limited (Transferee Company), along with their respective shareholders and creditors. The matter is listed for hearing before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench IV, on 16th July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Any person who wishes to support or oppose the said petition may send a notice of intention, signed by themselves or through their advocate, to the Authorized Representative of the Petitioner Companies, not later than two days before the date of hearing. In case of opposition, the grounds along with supporting affidavit must also be submitted. A copy of the petition and supporting documents may be obtained from the Authorized Representative on payment of prescribed fees
