Mohite Industries Limited hereby informs its members that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled on Monday, 08th June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at R. S. No. 347, Ambapwadi Phata, Off NH-4, Vadgaon, Tal. Hatkanangale, Dist. Kolhapur could not be conducted due to lack of requisite quorum. In accordance with Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Articles of Association of the Company, the meeting has been adjourned. The adjourned EOGM will now be held on Monday, 15th June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the registered office of the company to transact the same business as set out in the original notice dated 08th June 2026.
