It is hereby declared by Smt. Manika Routh W/O Dilip Routh that “Manika Routh” and “Monica Routh” are one and the same person. Further, it is also declared that her son Ayush Routh S/O Monica Routh and Ayush Routh S/O Manika Routh are one and the same individual.
