The Government of India, Ministry of Ayush, has invited applications and nominations for the National Dhanwantari Ayurveda Award 2026. The award recognizes distinguished Ayurveda experts who have made significant contributions to the field of Ayurveda and possess recognized qualifications under the National Commission for Indian Systems of Medicine Act, 2020 or the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970. Selected awardees will be honored during the 11th Ayurveda Day celebrations on 23 September 2026.
